Cancellation


If you desire to revoke an order, kindly reach out to our customer support team.
Should you get in touch with us within a day of making the purchase:
We can facilitate the cancellation of your order without any extra charges.
Please note that the cancellation process might take up to three days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
In case the package has already been dispatched, we will provide a prepaid label and refund your payment once we receive the returned package.
However, if you reach out to us after a day of making the purchase:
You will be responsible for the return fee if the package has already been dispatched (this is determined by our system, not the order status).
The returned product must be undamaged, repacked in the packaging we provided, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
We will refund your payment once we receive the returned package.
There might be instances when we do not have the product(s) you ordered in stock or encounter issues with our inventory and quality check. In such situations, we might have to revoke your order. Rest assured, we will inform you about this in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

Return Policy


We accommodate returns for various reasons such as Faulty, no longer required, change of heart, not as depicted, and so on.

If you wish to return the product without any issues related to its quality, you will be responsible for the return fee and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the original order. However, if the return is due to a quality issue, we will bear the cost of return postage.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item and wish to lodge a claim, please send an email to service02@smadappliances.com along with your order details and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. We are committed to assisting you. If you intend to return a product, kindly get in touch with our customer service team BEFORE initiating the return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours. Please note: Do not send the package back to the sender's address without obtaining confirmation from our customer service team.

Return Period

We provide a return assurance for 30 days. The warranty commences from the date the product is delivered. If a product becomes faulty during the warranty period due to a quality issue and not because of damage or misuse on your part, we can accept a return, offer free repair services, or provide a new replacement.

Reimbursement Procedure

Upon receipt of your request or your returned packages, we may require 1-3 business days to process your refund.
