Shipping Costs
For most orders over £100, shipping is free. In cases where items are out of stock at our warehouses, we may need to discuss options with the customer, and shipping costs may apply.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. Actual shipping may be delayed due to invalid addresses, weekends, or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details on your “Order Details” page.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). If your area cannot accept orders, please contact us at

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return guarantee. The warranty period starts from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty due to a quality issue (not misuse or damage), we accept returns, provide free repairs, or replace the item.
In special circumstances and by mutual agreement, we also accept returns for non-quality reasons, such as no longer needed or change of mind. In these cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee based on the original order value.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and wish to make a claim, please email us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at uk-service@smadappliances.com before returning any product. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Reason for Return: For quality issues, please upload 3–5 clear photos showing the problem.

Non-Quality Issues: Provide a detailed description of your requirements. We will review and respond after consultation.
Step 2: Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Please follow these instructions and document the packing process (photos or video) to ensure the product is returned in its original condition.
Step 3: We will provide a return label. Pack the product as instructed, attach the label, and wait for the carrier to collect it.
Note: Please retain the original packaging for returns. Additional packing costs are not covered. For special circumstances, contact us promptly for assistance.
