At SMAD, we are committed to providing reliable products and excellent customer support. All SMAD products are manufactured with strict quality standards, and we stand behind the durability and performance of our appliances.
This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage, service terms, and conditions applicable to SMAD products purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product. The order record, purchase receipt, or other valid proof of purchase will serve as the primary basis for warranty verification.
Full Product Warranty
All SMAD complete appliances are covered by a:
24-Month Warranty (2 Years)
During the warranty period, if a product develops a fault caused by manufacturing defects or quality issues, SMAD will provide appropriate after-sales support, including repair services, replacement parts, or product replacement where applicable.
Spare Parts Availability
For products that have been discontinued, SMAD will continue to provide necessary repair parts for a minimum of:
7 years after product discontinuation
This ensures long-term support and maintenance availability for our customers.
Warranty Extension After Repair
If a product is repaired during the warranty period, the warranty period will be extended by an additional:
12 months from the date of completed repair
The extended warranty period will only replace the original warranty expiration date when the calculated extended date exceeds the original warranty end date. If the extended period ends earlier than the original warranty expiration date, the original warranty period will remain unchanged.
